Suddenly, on Tuesday 4th November, 2008, Jake (Managing Director of Chrystal & Hill Ltd), much loved husband of Lynn, dearly loved dad of Kara, a beloved son of Cathie and a dear brother of Elizabeth.

Loved and sadly missed by all his family, friends & colleagues.
